After 30 years of service, the growth of the organization has demanded a bigger level of specialization, professionalism and quality of service to the poor, without forget our basic principals; for this reason, we elaborate an exercise of strategic management which resulted in the strategic Plan of the Corporation.

Our Strategic Objectives are the following:
	Fortify constantly our basic principle “Faith in Christ”.
	Implement the Integral Development of the Family – DIF among the beneficiaries of Hogar de Cristo and also the formation and Integral Development of Communities – DIC.
	Promote a social change and rescue families that live in extreme poverty so they can live in poverty with dignity.
	Undertake an institutionalizing program.
	Fortify the working team through constant training.
	Extend the geographical cover of the organization.
	Create a volunteer team with a sense of service, commitment, motivation and training.
Execution of seven strategic projects which will allow us to reach the expected goals:
	Fortify the principles and Values among the employees.
	Design of an enterprise structure.
	A new trademark: Hogar de Cristo.
	Analyze choices to optimize the supply of raw material.
	Trained volunteers committed with the principles and values of the organization.
	New strategy for the management of Integral Development of Families and Communities (DIF-DIC).
	Creation of a fundraising strategy.
